Product Info: Model FS6C 6-outlet board with suppression filter. Model FS6D 6-outlet board with filter deleted. The powerboards were on sale between April 2005 and the beginning of August 2006.

Defect Details: With certain instances the socket contact force is slightly lower than the Standard requirements. With certain instances the attachment of the Equipment Wiring does not comply with Standard requirements. Arduous usage could result in certain circuits becoming faulty. If a live circuit becomes faulty, the circuit will not function, and could be a fire-risk. If an earthing circuit becomes faulty, there is no protection against the user receiving a serious electric shock from a faulty appliance connected to that circuit.

Consumer action: Discontinue use immediately and return to point of purchase for refund.
